    • Strictly no pets

    • This is a quiet building strictly no parties.

    • All music outdoors should stop by 9pm.

    • Strictly no smoking or vaping either indoors and on the patio - it filters up to the neighbours balcony above the apartment.

    • No hair dying / body tans in the apartment please.

    • Remove makeup before using the bed. It can leave bad stains on the linen which we will be forced to claim for.

    • No more than the number of guests booked on the reservation are allowed at the property.

    • No commercial photography
